In a shocking revelation that underscores the depths of government corruption and waste, new evidence has emerged suggesting that Antifa-linked organizations are coordinating with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to ensure that funds disbursed to agitators are not reported as taxable income. This bombshell report, brought to light by conservative journalist Ann Vandersteel, exposes a disturbing nexus between radical groups and federal agencies, raising serious questions about the integrity of our institutions and the misuse of taxpayer dollars.
Vandersteel, in a recent broadcast, shared documents allegedly obtained from a source within a special operations unit. The paperwork, which she described as “beyond shocking,” outlines a detailed system for disbursing funds to Antifa operatives while explicitly instructing recipients not to report the money as income.
“Take a look at this paper right here,” Vandersteel said, displaying the document on screen. “It says, ‘Do not report this as income to anybody. We have coordinated with relevant tax authorities and accounting firms to ensure that funding is distributed through appropriate channels to preserve OPSEC [operational security].'”
The documents, dated as far back as April 2016, reveal a three-stage disbursement process. Initial payments range from 5% to 10% of the negotiated amount, followed by a second installment of 20% to 30% after a debriefing. The final payment is determined by Antifa’s AOEC (Agitate Org Executive Committee) representatives, with no clear timeline.
“This is your government,” Vandersteel declared. “The agencies that I’ve been telling you forever are unconstitutional and corrupt.”
This revelation is not an isolated incident. It fits into a broader pattern of federal funds being funneled to radical groups under the guise of progressive causes. The Biden administration’s environmental justice (EJ) grant programs, funded by the Inflation Reduction Act, earmarked billions of dollars for local nonprofits. While ostensibly aimed at addressing climate change and economic inequality, critics argue that these grants are being used to bankroll far-left activism.
As reported by the Manhattan Institute, the EPA has designated 11 institutions as “Environmental Justice Thriving Communities Grantmakers,” tasked with distributing $600 million in funding. Among these is the Climate Justice Alliance (CJA), a consortium of far-left groups that openly opposes capitalism and supports radical causes like the Stop Cop City movement in Atlanta.
The CJA’s mission statement reads like a manifesto for the “omnicause,” a term coined by writer Mary Harrington to describe the left’s interlocking worldview that sees racism, climate change and income inequality as products of capitalism and colonialism. This ideological framework has become a rallying cry for activists who view protests as a means to dismantle Western institutions.
The tactics employed by Antifa and its allies are not new. They trace back to the 1999 World Trade Organization protests in Seattle, where anarchists and radicals joined forces with mainstream liberal groups to disrupt the global economic summit. This template—moderate demonstrators providing cover for hard-core disruptors—has been replicated in movements like Occupy Wall Street, Black Lives Matter and the recent anti-Israel campus protests.
During the 2020 George Floyd protests, Antifa and other anarchist networks played a key role in escalating violence, setting up autonomous zones and targeting law enforcement. Now, with the Biden administration’s EJ grants, these groups stand to gain even more resources to fuel their radical agenda.
As Vandersteel aptly put it, “What we’re talking about is Antifa coordinating with tax authorities. Well, who are the tax authorities? The Internal Revenue Service.”
This scandal raises urgent questions about accountability and transparency in government spending. If federal agencies are complicit in shielding radical groups from taxation, what other abuses are being concealed?
Conservatives have long called for the abolition of the IRS, citing its history of targeting political opponents and mismanaging taxpayer funds. This latest revelation only strengthens the case for sweeping reforms.
As Vandersteel concluded, “Don’t you think it’s time to abolish that criminal organization, the Infernal Revenue Service?”
The American people deserve answers—and action. It’s time to hold corrupt bureaucrats and radical activists accountable before more taxpayer dollars are squandered on their destructive agenda.
