For Melissa Red Pill, the latest bombshell report by Mesa County clerk Tina Peters is another undisputable proof that election fraud did happen during the 2020 U.S. presidential election. Red Pill summarized the report during the March 23 episode of the “Freedom Force Battalion” on Brighteon.TV.
“Number one, they deleted records. We have proof they deleted records. Clearly, that is illegal and that’s a violation of election law. Number two, they had internet access to these machines – again this is illegal,” Red Pill said. “They are not allowed to have that and we have the proof, the evidence of that. Number three, they changed the votes. They’ve been able to get into the machine somehow or another.”
“So those are the three things. It’s huge and this will allow us to do an injunction where we say we’re not going to use these machines because of these,” added Red Pill, referring to the Dominion Voting Systems (DVS) election machine.
Now, Peters made herself a target. She had been arrested and charged with 10 counts of felony and misdemeanor, including attempting to influence a public servant, criminal impersonation, identity theft and first-degree official misconduct.
Peters is running for secretary of state in Colorado.
Red Pill said the election fraudsters never expected anyone to back up the election records, which can be done under the law by a county clerk like Peters. What Peters had done, Red Pill said, was to put a stop to the vote manipulation in her county. Peters had the evidence and safeguarded it from the ones that are clearly not working in the interest of the people. The “Freedom Force Battalion” host noted that the election data was accessed through the internet and that the timestamps showed that the changes to the data were done electronically. She also mentioned that the ballot IDs or sequence numbers in the badges were not relatable to their digital ballot images – not even within the DVS databases.
Red Pill said this was an additional example of a lack of referential integrity within the system, aside from the digital ballot images not being accompanied by files that would prove the authenticity of the ballots.
In addition, Melissa Red Pill pointed out that the election management system (EMS) server has the system access rights to create and alter SQL server database records that could be used to alter the stored digital ballot images. She added that the EMS adjudication module software has the capability of altering scanned images and legitimately does it for each manually adjudicated ballot.
“Once you see this manipulation of batch and ballot records, it’s significant for three reasons. First, when the ballots were reprocessed, including re-adjudication, it’s logical to conclude that whatever votes had been initially recorded could well have been replaced by the reprocessed votes in the main election database. The differences in the manual adjudication numbers certainly support this possible conclusion that this procedure could change votes in the main database without leaving any evidence to indicate changes had been made, or any way to determine the nature of the changes are what the original vote data was.
“Second, the adjudication status, including the timestamps of adjudication events, the results of the adjudication and those users who performed the adjudication of any ballots in batches not copied to the new adjudication database, would not be viewable through the DVS client software application. So you wouldn’t know who did it, when they did it, how they did it and all that.
“Third, examination of the EMS server would not likely have caught the fact that the adjudication and tabulation databases used at the end of the elections were not the same, nor did they contain the same records as the databases used at the beginning of the elections. This leads to the possible conclusion that some batches and ballots were excluded from the new databases so as to inhibit the possibility of there being audited and examined.”
Melissa Red Pill indicated that this is clear evidence that can be taken before a judge all over the country, and that an injunction can be filed so that none of the DVS machines will be used in the coming 2022 midterm election.
