Veteran lawyer Brad Geyer lamented the fact that key constitutional provisions and the Bill of Rights are being trampled on and rescinded these days.
“The key constitutional provisions that are being trampled on and essentially rescinded to large measure are the following amendments: the first, second, fourth, fifth, sixth, eighth, 10th and probably the 14th as it applies to the States. There’s been a denunciation and a degradation of those rights,” Geyer told host Dr. Bryan Ardis during the May 4 episode of “The Dr. Ardis Show” on Brighteon.TV.
The former federal prosecutor said he is actively engaged in developing methods to protect the Constitution and forestall or prevent it from being swapped out with international governance.
Geyer said they are putting together a group of volunteers who will act in concerted ways to protect the Constitution, protect the Bill of Rights and protect the next generation of the nation’s children.
“We have about a dozen different things that we’re doing. The first one that we’ve been working on probably the longest since September is the Humanity Restoration Project where we’re interviewing by July 4, 1,000 recorded interviews of remdesivir survivors or next of kin who are killed by FDA [Food and Drug Administration] treatment protocols. We’re recording those to identify chinks in the armor of legal immunities and indemnifications that were unlawfully conferred, essentially on the entire system by our vaunted institutions in the United States,” Geyer stated.
“And we’re doing that also to create a record and to prevent them from sweeping crimes against humanity under the carpet by distracting us in a variety of ways. We’re doubling down on the record, we’re documenting it and we’re going to protect it in a form that can never be a memory hold so that future generations can know exactly what happened during this pandemic.” (Related: Do we need a vaccine “bill of rights,” or does the Constitution already protect health freedom?)
Geyer, who serves as the general counsel and vice president of the FormerFedsGroup Freedom Foundation, said the first amendment of the Constitution, which is about freedom of speech and expression, should have given the American people the ability to discuss opinions and engage in thought exercises to stimulate debate and stimulate thinking. He added that this starts with an enriched debate around core issues since nobody has cornered the ultimate truth market.
According to Geyer, their group has already developed a statement that makes it clear there are acceptable grounds for having religious objections to either administering the vaccine or getting the vaccine. He added that it is totally appropriate to object to the forced experimental therapy based on the grounds that it is enabling or engaging in crimes against humanity.
Geyer also mentioned that the January 6 Capitol Hill “insurrection” and the rollout of mRNA vaccines for the vast majority of the people are basically mass exercises where institutions and systems colluded to put American citizens in a position where there was a preordained result.
He added that removing the rule of law and oversight systems, as well as the ways of degrading the constitutional protections, had been planned for more than a decade. The veteran lawyer also said there is a need to rebuild capabilities to investigate scientific crimes.
With regards to the Second Amendment, Geyer stated that it is not going to protect Americans. He said getting involved now by using the power of the pen and free thinking is what the people need to do aside from protecting and supporting those who are engaging in free thinking.
Ardis said there are too many people whose rights and liberties are being trampled on right now. He also mentioned that the freedom to make choices is one of the greatest gifts God ever bestowed upon people. The Brighteon.TV host added that taking away the right of a human being to make a choice is anti-God.
Geyer agreed and pointed to a recent disclosure that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) was using all the geofencing data and communications data in tracking Americans to see if they really are complying with Wuhan coronavirus lockdown orders.
