New York Attorney General-elect, Letitia James, is already positioning herself as the next Deep State circus clown who’s promising to spend all of her time looking for any crime possible to prosecute by anyone and everyone surrounding President Trump.
Expressing no shame about her plan to commit open sedition against a sitting president, James told NBC News during a recent interview that she not only intends to target President Trump himself, but also his family and “anyone” in his circle of confidants who may or may not have committed any type of crime, large or small.
“We will use every area of the law to investigate President Trump and his business transactions and that of his family as well,” the woman of color stated. “We want to investigate anyone in his orbit who has, in fact, violated the law.”
As for what she plans to do specifically from day one, James says she will look into any “potential illegalities” associated with President Trump’s real estate holdings in New York, pointing to a New York Times investigation as the impetus for this. She also wants to look at a June 2016 meeting that took place at Trump Tower with a Russian official.
James will also pore through government subsidies that President Trump has received, also part of the Times investigation. Other possible targets include President Trump’s potential violations of the emoluments clause in the U.S. Constitution, as well as his actions with regards to the Trump Foundation.
Vying for the top spot of most annoying Leftist woman of color in America, which is currently held by Low IQ Maxine Waters, James has also promised to go after anyone who President Trump decides to pardon, which is currently off-limits as a result of the double jeopardy clause.
“After careful deliberation, I am urging the state legislature to swiftly pass legislation which safeguards against President Trump’s attacks on the rule of law in our country,” James is quoted as saying.
“The pending legislation closes a loophole in our state law that effectively allows the president to pardon individuals for crimes committed in New York State. Given President Trump’s recent use of the presidential pardon in a case adjudicated in New York State and his claim that he can pardon himself as he pleases, it’s clear that we must act now. We can protect New Yorkers from double jeopardy prosecutions without giving away our state’s ability to deliver justice for all.”
James says she hopes for such a bill to be passed within the first 100 days after her installment into office. She’s calling it a “priority” because she fears that “this administration might pardon some individuals who might face some criminal charges, but I do not want them to be immune from state charges.”
James is so confident that her planned witch hunt will be a success that she told media outlets that she thinks it’s “no match” to the types of cases she’s seen throughout her career. James is also confident that Robert Mueller’s ongoing witch hunt against President Trump is “closing in,” and that the President’s days “are going to be coming to an end shortly.”
New York’s current Attorney General, Barbara Underwood, has already initiated her own witch hunt against President Trump. As of this writing, there’s a pending lawsuit targeting the Trump Foundation, as well as the president himself and his adult children.
Meanwhile, there’s no investigation whatsoever in New York looking at the corrupt Clinton Foundation and its alleged money-laundering activities, not to mention failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s illicit collusion with Russia as it involved the selling of American uranium to the Kremlin through the Uranium One deal.
